When and Where do we ship?Updated a year ago

When? For Subscription Box shipment.

For new subscribers making their first order between the 1st and the 14th, the shipment date will be by the 20th of that month. 

While, for all new orders made between the 15th and the last day (30/31) of the month, the shipment will be within 2-3 days from the order date.

For example, if you made your initial order on September 10, then your first month's box ships out by the 20th of September. 

If the first order was placed on September 30, the shipping date will be by the 2nd or 3rd of October.

• For the 2nd Box and succeeding months' shipments.
  • For existing customers with an active subscription, all succeeding snack boxes starting from the 2nd box onwards will have a set shipment date of every 20th of the month.
• When is your subscription's monthly renewal or re-billing date?
  • While all our monthly subscription boxes are shipped out at the same time every 20th of the month, the renewal or re-billing date occurs on the 12th of each month.
  • This more-than-a-week period allows our product and fulfillment teams ample preparation time to prepare and carefully pack the freshest box for you.
  • Within that period of waiting you will get regular email notifications every time there are updates in the system regarding your order - when it generates the delivery information, your shipment's tracking number, and other pertinent notifications.
• You will also receive email reminders days before the scheduled 12th-of-the-month renewal dates.

When? For One-time Boxes or Gift Shop purchases.

For non-subscription, Gift Shop, or one-time box orders, our dedicated fulfillment service team carefully prepares and packs each and every box within 2 to 3 days from the purchase date. 

It is then shipped from Brooklyn, New York. The further away, the longer the delivery will take, and barring any road or transit issues, it should be delivered within a week anywhere in the United States.

Where do we ship or deliver?

Initially, we only ship to US shipping addresses (which include non-continental US such as APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). 

No shipping to Canada and other countries as of this time.
