How do I claim for a refund?Updated 2 years ago

As per our Refund Policy, payments already made are Non-Refundable and we cannot accept Returns on any items already shipped since we deal with perishable food products. 

If you have any questions or complaints about a product or if you dispute any charges, further references and guidance can be found in our Terms of Service.

But if you have paid for a Snack Box yet did not receive it, found it unsatisfactory, or may have other issues with our products, please simply let us know. It's easier than opening a dispute with your bank or credit card company which normally takes 2-3 months before it is resolved.
