When? For the First Box shipment.

For new customers making their first order between the 1st and the 14th, the shipment date will be by the 20th of that month. 

While, for all new orders made between the 15th and the last day (30/31) of the month, the shipment will be within 2-3 days from the order date.

For example, if you made your initial order on September 10, then your first month's box ships out by the 20th of September. If the first order was placed on September 30, the shipping date will be by the 2nd or 3rd of October.

When? For the 2nd Box and succeeding shipments.

As for existing customers with an active subscription, all succeeding boxes starting from the 2nd box onwards will have a scheduled shipment date of every 20th of the month.

Initially, we only ship to US shipping addresses (which include non-continental US such as APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). 

No shipping to Canada and other countries as of this time.
